That's normal, and necessary. That's what generates the power for the light. When it's built into a wheel and you spin the axle by grabbing the tire, you'll feel it a lot less, and when you're actually riding the bike, you probably won't feel it at all. Sometimes on smooth roads you may feel a slight vibration when the light is on, and that's normal, too. If you want the absolute least amount of drag possible but still want a dynamo hub, get the much more expensive Schmidt Wide Body. There are also USB lights, of course.
