They closes up when not in use. A Velcro closure keeps these gloves on your hands in the strongest winds and tumbling falls, but most of the time they seem overkill.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThey stretch, they feel good, they keep our hands warmish down to about 40-degrees,\u003cbr\u003ebut we’re in a part of California that rarely dips below that, so it’s hard to list a \"comfort range.\" If you're used to cold hands, you might like them at 20ºF—when Riv-staffers would pull out the hand muk-luks. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMADE IN: Pakistan, where 99 percent of the world's gloves are made.
