This is our pick of a basic reliable lock that scores an all-around strong B with the, blended categories of:
difficulty for an amateur thief to steel on the spur of the moment
carryability: Compactness and weight. See photo for size, and it weighs
reacharoundability: downtube and front wheel on a 64 CLEM, with room for a small-diameter pole, but not a 9-inch thick tree trunk. Two bikes will require creativity and, compromise.
It comes with a preset but customizable 4-number combo. I/Grant didn’t find the, customizing instructions all that easy, but stuff like that and me just don’t get along, so, don’t let that scare you. Kryptonite is anything but stupid, so you’ll probably breeze thru, it.
